Working with us
These terms cover cleaning work booked with TimePlus Solutions Limited through this website. Booking a clean, by form or by phone, means accepting them. We will tell you if they change before your next booking.
A booking is a request until we confirm it with you.
Quotes are based on what you describe to us.
We bring our own equipment and products.
Someone must be able to let us in at the agreed time.
Tell us within 48 hours if something is not right.
Either side can cancel; see the notice period below.
Bookings and quotes
Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed job. We will come back to you with a price and a time, and the booking is set once you accept it. A quote reflects what you have told us about the space. If the job turns out to be substantially larger or dirtier than described, we will tell you before carrying on, and agree any change with you first — we will not add to the bill afterwards without asking.
Getting in, and what we need from you
Someone needs to give us access at the agreed time, whether that is meeting us or arranging a key. If we cannot get in and have not been told in advance, we may charge for the visit. Please tell us about anything fragile, anything that needs a particular product, and any pets that will be around.
Cancelling and rescheduling
Give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a booking and there is no charge. Less than that and we may charge part of the fee, because the slot can rarely be refilled. If we have to cancel, we will tell you as early as we can and offer the next slot that suits you.
If something goes wrong
Tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and put it right at no charge. That is the first remedy we offer, and in our experience it settles most things. If something of yours is damaged by our work, tell us as soon as you notice and we will deal with it directly.
