What this policy covers
This policy explains what TimePlus Solutions Limited collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this site only — not anything you send us by phone or WhatsApp, though we handle that information with the same care.
We only ask for what we need to quote and schedule a clean.
We do not sell your details, or share them for advertising.
You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Forms are rate limited to keep automated submissions out.
We keep enquiries only while they are useful to you and us.
Comments on the blog are public; the email behind them is not.
What we collect
Three forms on this site send us information. The contact form collects your name, email address, subject and message. The booking form collects your name, phone number, email address, the service and property type, the number of rooms, how often you want the clean, and your preferred date and time. Blog comments collect your name, email address and the comment itself. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics profiling on this site.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to quote accurately, and to turn up at the right place at the right time. The booking details exist so a cleaner arrives prepared rather than guessing at the job. Your email address on a blog comment lets us contact you about that comment. It is never published alongside it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and bookings stay in our admin while they are useful — an enquiry that led nowhere is cleared periodically; a booking is kept as a record of work done. Comments stay for as long as the post does, unless you ask us to remove one.
Your rights and how to use them
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@timeplus.co.ke or call +254 798 616 085 and we will deal with it. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can raise it with Kenya's Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
